Things people ask before joining
Do I need a finance background to attend?
No background is needed. The programmes start from the basics of irregular income and build up step by step. If you earn as a freelancer and want to understand your money better, you are in the right place.
Is this financial advice or a licensed service?
Belanjo offers general financial education only. Nothing in our programmes constitutes personalised financial, investment, or legal advice. We help you understand concepts and build your own thinking — the decisions remain yours.
How are the sessions run — online or in person?
Sessions for the Workshop and the Planning Programme run at our Petaling Jaya venue (Common Ground, Jaya One) as well as in selected online formats. The Foundations Course offers both options. Contact us to confirm the current schedule.
What is the refund or cancellation arrangement?
Cancellations made at least seven days before a session can be transferred to a future date. Fees already paid are held as credit for up to six months. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Which programme is right for me?
If you want a quick practical introduction, start with the Workshop. If you want to build a dependable rhythm over several weeks, the Planning Programme suits you well. If you want a thorough grounding from basics to common financial products, the Foundations Course is the right fit.
Are the materials in Bahasa Malaysia or English?
